The Horse Rangers Association is dependant on our volunteers. Volunteers collaboratively give approximately 16,980 hours of their time a year to help run our sessions and keep our members safe. Volunteers often work one or two sessions a week, just a couple of hours per session. The result is a well-run programme that enriches the lives of the community and riders.
Volunteers are always appreciated to help with our sessions for children and adults with special needs, to help lead ponies and assist the riders. They help with setting up the equipment for session and provide essential support for our riders.
If you are interested in volunteering during the week, please contact:
Volunteers are always welcome to help in the uniform shop and canteen (tuck shop) at weekends and on a Thursday evening. Volunteers also assist with fundraising activities - from helping with the planning of events to simply running a stall at the gymkhana.
